KOKKOS is the pre-diagnostic methodology for finding the irreducible kernel — the seed belief — from which everything else grows. Most strategy problems are actually seed problems: build architecture on unexamined assumptions and the failure is tracing back to the root.

Finding the ONE belief this all rests on. The foundational assumption that, if false, invalidates the entire build.

ORIGIN

Tracing the belief to its source. Determining whether it was consciously chosen or simply inherited.

KILL-TEST

The falsification protocol. Identifying the specific evidence that would prove the belief wrong.

KEEP-TEST

The validation protocol. Enumerating the positive evidence that justifies the belief's presence.

OUTCOME

Mapping the operational implications of a verified seed. What does it prevent and what does it make inevitable?

SOVEREIGN DECISION

The final go/no-go. Does this seed get planted as a chosen foundation, or is it discarded?
